  • Great back up paddle!
I bought this paddle as an "extra" for family members due to the price point and specs. This is an elongated paddle with a nice handle length suitable for two-handed backhands (and tennis players). This has a similar shape and feel to my expensive CRBN paddle, but note that this paddle is NOT carbon fiber, it only has carbon fiber on its face so the grit it comes with is likely to erode away pretty quickly with lots of play. Since this is a second paddle for me this is not a factor, but keep in mind that with more play the paddle might play differently over time. Honestly, I haven't played with it much so I don't really know how it performs, but this paddle by far, much better than a comparably priced paddle from Dick's. It may be a good "first" paddle, although probably not for true beginners due to its shape. Also, it seems that most people upgrade pretty quickly after buying their first paddle to something more substantial and longer performing if they play regularly and are "in the know". BUT, as a second paddle and/or for limited use, this paddle seems to be a great "player's choice" paddle at a reasonable price! ... show more

  • Unknown but excellent
Paddle came in fairly quickly. On the hand, it has excellent feel and balance. A little on the light side. Length is ideal (16.4) and width at 7.5 (long and narrow). Grip length is preferred, esp if you like two handed back hand. Control is excellent but could be better. Surface of the paddle has significant grit to it. This makes the spin phenomenal. Adding a lead tape at the end would make this a paddle an excellent choice - improves power. Not (even close) as expensive as other Pro paddles but for casual and semi pro players, for the price, hard to beat. ... show more

  • Great Playing Paddle, Terrible Quality
Let me start off by saying that I play almost every day for 2 hours and am what you call a "banger." Coming from Tennis, I hit very hard and am only beginning to refine my dink game. I had played with a lot of my friends' paddles after just starting with your basic Dick's variety and decided I needed to upgrade to a 16mm as I preferred the control at the net the thickness provides vs. power (I can generate that) thinner cores provide. This paddle provides that. It also has a nice gritty face that provides good spin. Those are the positives. Here, the pictures do not lie. There's a reason $200 dollar paddles cost that and this $50 wanna-be doesn't cut it. I haven't even had this for month and it's almost unplayable as it's literally coming apart at the seams. If you play every now and then, do not go hard, and mostly dink, I guess it's a decent choice at this price point. I have contacted Vinsguir customer service. Let's see what happens. Caveat Emptor. ... show more

  • Impressive paddle.
Some facts:thoughts on this paddle: The dimensions of the paddle are 10.95x7.5 inches for the face and 5.45x4.25 inches for the handle. The 16mm thickness provides a solid and comfortable feel during gameplay. The paddle's size is standard and offers a good balance between power and control. One of the standout features of the VINSQUIR paddle is its surface. It has the most grit I've ever felt on a paddle, which is good considering its affordable price point. The paddle's grip on the ball is excellent, allowing for precise shots and spin control. In fact, the surface quality rivals that of more expensive paddles, making it a great option for players on a budget. The design of the paddle is also worth mentioning. It has a cool and attractive look that adds some style to your game. While aesthetics may not be the most important aspect of a pickleball paddle, it's always a nice bonus to have a paddle that looks good on the court. In terms of performance, I enjoyed playing with the VINSQUIR paddle. The combination of its size, grip, and control allowed me to execute shots with confidence. Whether I was aiming for powerful smashes or delicate drop shots, the paddle performed well. I found it to be well-balanced and responsive, providing a good mix of power and finesse. One of the biggest advantages of the VINSQUIR paddle is its price. At under 100 dollars, it offers good value for the money. You get a paddle with comparable performance to more expensive options without breaking the bank. This makes it a fantastic choice for both beginners who are just starting out and experienced players looking for a reliable backup paddle. Overall, I would highly recommend the VINSQUIR pickleball paddle. It boasts a great design, excellent surface grip, and solid performance on the court. Plus, its affordability makes it accessible to a wide range of players. If you're in the market for a reliable and budget-friendly paddle, the VINSQUIR is definitely worth considering ... show more

  • Quality paddle
Being new to pickleball, I can't give you a professional's opinion on this paddle....but I feel this works perfect for my skill level. The surface has a LOT of grip and makes putting a spin on the ball pretty easy, but can catch you off guard as a new player and set your ball up for a hard hit return. All in all a great paddle for an intermediate player. ... show more
