I have tried three under $25 ab roller wheels recently. None of them have been more than a molded plastic made in China wheel with some soft rubber "tread", a hollow metal tube for a shaft, and a couple of press on plastic hand grips. Kind of disappointing in the pride of ownership department, but functional and effective. In any case, you can pay a lot more than $25 for what is basically the same type of product. I wish someone out there made an ab wheel with a solid shaft and a wheel hub with bearings, etc. You know, just to make a really nice one. Of the three I have tried the Vinsguir Ab Roller Wheel was the "best" in that it did not have any obvious flaws and it had soft rubber covered hand grips. That may not be a huge endorsement, but the Vinsguir Ab Roller Wheel is the "best" cheap ab wheel product I have tried out. ... show more

Nothing better than this old school piece of equipment to work out the abs. This one is so much better than the version of yesteryear though. The fat wheel and sturdy handles allow you to work out with confidence. If you are new to the ab roller, take it easy when you start. It's a tough exercise.

Granted, I’m not an ab-wheel expert but I’ve been using this every other day and it’s fantastic. I’m a big dude, 274 lbs, and it holds up just fine, and, my belly is totally getting flatter and more muscular.

Great roller, but the foam material seems hazardous....everytime I use it the foam material the smell gets onto my skin and is difficult to remove with soap. Could be cancerous....
