These plastic folding cocktail tables are very sturdy and well made. The tabletop feels solid (not flimsy at all), and the legs lock securely so the table doesn’t wobble. The table is great. Very sturdy and well built. We had a problem with the first one we ordered which arrived damaged. Wrote the seller and they took care of the problem right away and offered to replace it. We sent the damaged one back and received the replacement within a couple days. This table is what you may see at catered parties or weddings, because of its versatility, small size, and ability to be used easily without chairs. I regularly attend expos, events, swapmeets, and alike. I require a minimal "hard surface" to allow my customers the ability to fill out required information like registration and payments, while maximizing the rest of my (usually) 10 x 10 booth area. Using a standard table requires valuable space occupied by multiple chairs and oversized tables for my needs. Giving a cluttered or unorganized feel to the space. Part of my brand is that my products are space-saving, utilitarian devices, and making the boot space feel like there is nowhere to breathe or messy and cluttered will subconchaly send the message this device is too big, dirty, and too much for the customer to handle and use as effectively, for their needs. I have only used this table at two events so far but the ability to lean inbetween customers, and not give the customers the feeling that as soon as the get close to me im going to jump up off of my purch and attack them like a dog protecting their porch as you walk by on the side walk has had a drastic reduction in the "i'm just looking" responces when i am standing behind the table greeting customers as they stroll by looking at what each vendor has to offer them. This table so far stands up to me leaning on it at 8-10 hours (on average), during the full run of the show day. It is lightweight and can be carried easily unless you are shorter, and I can see where you may have an issue with the folded length of the table, which is longer in the folded position than the deployed/standing height. The color of the top is jet black, and the legs are a little bit thinner than I expected; however, it shows no signs of buckling or inability to take the load of me (I'm a big guy at 230) leaning on it. Depending on your need, I would recommend this table, and if you are looking into it for an event, or even think you may in the future? I highly recommend this table. With the abundance of coverings available on Amazon, you can really spruce up your event for next to nothing. Allowing you to have a different look, no matter your application needs.
