The shape is elegant looking, the suade is decent quality, and the little gusset at the top stretches just enough to fit my wide-calves in. In fact, out of several boots I bought and had to return (they were too big or small), like Goldilocks says, these were just right! The bad news for me is that I can't tuck any pants into them. Lovely caramel color and style! The sizing was a problem. I'm generally a size 6 in boots. This boot was way too small, but the shaft was a good width for my legs. When I sized up to 6.5, the boot size was fine, but the shaft grew a lot wider at this size, and just looked ridiculous. And I don't have skinny legs! Two returns, disappointed. ... show more

Absolutely love this boot it fits like a glove. I wear a size 8 and it fits true to size for me. Now, it is for narrow feet and smaller calves. I have pretty narrow feet, and they fit right on the outline of my foot. The heel height is perfect especially if you need to do lots of walking. These look so beautiful especially in person, and I love them for both fall and winter. It’s nice that you can wear them with pants, skirts, or a dress. Highly recommend! I’ve never been able to wear non-wide calf boots that are taller than ankle length. I honestly didn’t think these would fit, but took a gamble. The description gives an opening measurement of 15.8” for a size 10. Additionally, the boots have an elastic gusset for additional stretch. They fit my ~16” calves comfortably, however, they aren’t big enough to tuck my pants into. The length is a true knee-high on me and comes to just under my knees. These fit like a 10.5 wide-calf boot (which are next to impossible to find). The quality is excellent. $100-120 boots aren’t cheap, but these are great quality for the price.
