I loved the look of these boots. I bought them in both black and tortilla color. I loved that they had a full zipper on the side because I have very high arches and instep making most boots difficult to wear. I ordered my normal size of 7.5 , but they were too big on me. I would have replaced for a half size smaller but the cost is at least $50 more per boot for the smaller size. Unfortunately for that reason, I'm sending these back. ... show more

I love the boots but considering returning because they are too big. I followed the recommendation made by AMAZON that stated "based on shoppers" the recommended size was 11. I am a true size 10. They are a little big but could work with thick socks. I recommend ordering your true size. Also I did not notice that the color of the cutout was not also black. In the photo it appeared to be lighter, however it is actually more of a dark brown color (almost burgundy). The material seems to be leather or leather like. The I love the zipper on the side with makes it ease to put on. The zipper gets stuck a little but that may be just because they are new. They do not come in a shoe box but rather plastic placed in an amazon box. I am not sure that I like that. They were comfortable when I tried them on, but I will see how they wear if I keep them. I had been wanting this pair for a while and decided to get them when I saw that they were on sale. Definitely worth the money. ... show more

Nice boots, the ankle is so large that i had to return them. If you have regular narrow feet then these may look too wide on your legs.
