Super cute and super comfortable! I love these! I love the spandex type shorts underneath the outer shorts layer. I also love the high slit on the outside of the thigh on the shorts. It’s almost like a “sexy” pair of exercise shorts! By sexy, I just mean it feels like it would show off more leg in a sexier way than maybe an equivalent short. I love the soft spandex type material. It’s great for sweaty workouts or hot days outside. Great shorts for running in. Nice and flowy! I’m typically a size medium in most tops and bottoms. I ordered a medium in these shorts. They fit great on the waist without using the draw string or being stretched out much. However, the loose material around the legs is a bit looser than normal. They aren’t parachute shorts or anything but I actually feel like I could fit in a small even better. The medium just feels slightly too big but not too big that I can’t wear them or exercise I them. They still fit great for running and workouts. I think they’d just be a little less loose on the legs if I got a small. I would say I have average size thighs. They aren’t thick but they aren’t thin either. I recommend these. I’m pleasantly surprise how great they are for being a no name brand.

PROS: The material of these shorts are super comfy! Great for loungewear and exercise alike. The open butterfly seams on the sides look pretty when the wind blows :) I was expecting the material to be like other running shorts, more of a wind breaker material. These are closer to a basketball short material. Very stretchy and comfortable! The waistband has plenty of give. I'd recommend sticking with your normal size or sizing down for a snug fit. These are definitely high waisted and not low/mid rise shorts. I have a very long torso and the waistband could be comfortably pulled up even higher than I am wearing in the photos - an option I am not use to having! CONS: I wish that a size chart was listed somewhere. I typically wear a size S (28" waist, 32" hips, size 2 in most pants) so I took a stab in the dark and stuck with my normal size S. I'm glad I did not size up! These fit very comfortably, maybe even a tad on the looser side because the fabric is so stretchy. The pocket for the phone is very small. My Samsung Galaxy S52s (of average size for a smart phone + case these days) squeezes into the pocket due to the stretchy material, but because the material is so stretchy the left leg of the under short sags several inches when my phone is in the pocket. It bounces up and down a lot while walking normally - Fine for around the house, but I can't imagine running like that! It doesn't feel securely in the pocket at all. I suspect that my phone would immediately fall out of the pocket if I were to try and cycle on my stationary bike because only the bottom half of my phone fits in the pocket. The shorts need to be made of a thicker/tighter spandex and the size of the pocket needs to be larger in order to accommodate larger smart phones for the phone pocket feature to function adequately. As it stands, I would only trust this pocket to securely hold a debit card, a single house key, and maybe a small tube of chapstick.

These are great! I usually don’t wear running shorts as I prefer a tighter fitting short, but wanted to give these a try. They are great! They fit well, not super tight so you have lots of movement in them. The pocket makes a great addition, us ladies love our pockets. They’re still a bit on the short side so if you are looking for something more modest then these may not be your best bet. Overall, these are great for most workouts and I highly recommend!

I got these VIMPUNEC workout shorts for my runs and gym sessions. They're black, and I chose the medium size. The shorts are 2 in 1, with an outer layer that's loose and an inner layer that's tight. They're made of nylon and you have to dry clean them. I like the fit. They're comfortable and don't ride up when I'm running or doing exercises. The drawstring is good for adjusting the fit. The best part is the phone pocket on the inner layer. It holds my phone securely, so I don't have to carry it or worry about it falling out. The shorts are supposed to be quick-drying, which is mostly true. They don't stay wet for long after a sweaty workout. I've worn them for running, yoga, and cycling, and they work well for all these activities. But, having to dry clean them is a bit of a hassle. It's not as convenient as just throwing them in the washing machine. Also, while the phone pocket is great, there's only one, so I can't carry anything else. Overall, they're good shorts for exercising. They're comfortable, fit well, and the phone pocket is really useful. Just keep in mind the dry cleaning part.

These shorts are super comfy! They are a bit bigger than I was hoping but they will make nice lounge shorts. They are very flowy and feel a bit like a skirt when I'm wearing them. Not really going to be a good fit for running.

I am always looking for great dupes here for higher end brands athletic gear and these are my newest find! They are great for long runs and prevent chafing. I really like how they open on the sides and the waist band is sturdy without being too tight.

I love the feeling of these workout shorts. They have this buttery soft feel to them that make them very comfortable to wear. The waist band is tight enough without having to tied but the drawstring is functional in case you need it tighter. I ordered a size small based on my size measurements and its fits a little looser in the outer shorts than expected. I feel like the length of the outer shirt is a hair longer than I would prefer. They aren’t overly long but I am 5’7” and they hit about halfway down the back of my thigh. The phone pocket is not super functional for phones these days but it will hold a car key or fob. I did have to restring the drawstring already. I might consider knotting them so the string can’t pull through the holes. Overall I like them but just be aware of overall length.
