The product is not what the picture has shown. Somehow I didnโ€™t check the order, and I discarded the box. I thought that maybe I made a mistake. I would have returned it otherwise. The model I received doesnโ€™t have the handles and I believe itโ€™s usually cheaper than the cups with handles.

I was very surprised to see that these are made in China. I expected them to be made in Germany as it states on the internet and the company based in Germany. Delivery on time and safe. However one of the glasses contained a defect. It bothers me everyday when I have to use it given that it is very visible. I was really expecting perfection from Villeroy and Boch. I am disappointed especially after paying +$50 for them.
