The cue itself came packaged securely enough and it looked great. I assembled it and it felt nice. But When I checked the straightness of the cue it was not. After inspecting it I found that the pin was either bent or not installed correctly giving the cue a wobble when rolled. I returned it. Really disappointed and now I have to wait for a month to get my refund.
