The VX2418C curved monitor is well designed and well-priced, and was delivered well packaged. It has a crisp display when viewed at 60Hz refresh rate or higher, and at a 1920 x 1200 resolution.     • Way better than I thought it would be
This replaced my old 2nd monitor and didn't need to be anything great. I'm surprised how many features are packed with such a cheap monitor and how good it looks. I didn't intend to game on it but after reading claims that it was a bad monitor that looks awful when playing games, I decided to give it a try. Price aside, it plays games just fine. It's nothing great but there's nothing wrong with it that takes away from the game or distracts you. If you're looking for something cheap to game on thats 1080p, I doubt there's a better value. If your PC can handle a higher resolution, I would see if they have a model to match because the resolution is the only downside I can see if you're looking for a budget monitor to game on. Ok my old review was pretty harsh but this is a decent monitor it has minor ghosting and it runs at 144 hz unless you get a display port it’s cheap for a reason but it’s still pretty dang good

Upgraded from a 23" ViewSonic that was about 10 years old. I bought 2 of the 24" curved monitors for a dual setup. For the price point these are perfect. My GPU has 3 different outputs: 1 HDMI, 1 Display Port, 1 DVI. I had to make some adjustments to the contrast and color on one monitor to help match them, but I believe the difference may be due to the HDMI vs Display Port. I do not game on the desktop like I used to, but ran Minecraft on one screen and it looked perfectly fine. I would say these would hold up well for an average gamer and would be perfect for general home and office use. The price for for nearly 42" width of screen is less than I paid for the 23" years ago. ... show more
