I had this one in my cart for a looooong time. I wanted it badly but it has so few reviews which scared me off given the price. I finally pulled the trigger and have to say I'm glad I did, I'm writing this review for others who may be on the fence like I was. First of all, it came FULLY assembled. What! That was a surprise, I fully expected to have to struggle with an allen wrench for at least an hour. So that was nice. It came securely wrapped in foam sheets, throwing the packaging away was simple (no styrofoam bits all over the place). And it is SOLID. No wobbles or rickety bits, it's a sturdy little piece. Now let's talk color. I realize each piece is unique and I hoped for one that looked extra beat up er I mean "distressed" because I love that look. Mine is somewhere in the middle I'd say, the top of the piece is predominantly wood color. Add to that, I'd say the colored parts are more green than blue which is a bummer as I looooove blue and expected a richer blue based on product pics but that's a whatever, it's still quite good. The distressed bits are interesting and don't necessarily flow with the overall piece on the front and sides (see pic #1), it looks like someone randomly scratched it up on purpose. I mean, they probably did. I expected the wood to be a bit rougher but it's actually very smooth, I'm guessing it's sealed. That's a good thing though, because presumably you use a coffee table to put stuff on and you want a smoother surface for that. It does have some dips and "scratches" that add character to the otherwise smooth surface. Drawers open and close fine, drawer hardware is nice. I like the details on the side, it adds a bit of fanciness to the piece that I believe justifies the price and you can tell someone put thought into designing it. This is clearly not some cheap flat pack coffee table you'll end up giving away next time you move. My only complaint is that the box it came in absolutely reeks like a horse barn. So strange because the piece itself doesn't smell at all. Overall I am very pleased and I think I will be pulling the trigger on a few other pieces from this company I have on my wish list. Other than my couch most of my furniture is cheapish flat pack, this adds a luxuriousness to my apartment. It's a grown up coffee table, ya know? I'm giving it 4 stars because it is really good but not exceptional imho. I wasn't absolutely blown away when I got it out of the box, just very very happy I finally took the chance and bought it.
