This is NOT durable and it is not stainless steel. The plastic is very flimsy. The drawers are incredibly difficult to open and close. The handle is not sturdy. I was planning to use this for coordinating our event planning items and for transporting them to various event sites. This would never hold up under those conditions and I can't imagine that it would hold up to holding heavy duty tools or in a construction setting. On top of that, we have to pay to return the item! My suggestion is to avoid this product and this seller.

Stolen from a real tool box design, it's cheap plastic covered with shiny metal, drawers stick. I gave as a gift and when I finally saw it, they were going to use it to hold old paperwork because it is too flimsy to hold tools of any weight I was so embarassed that I went out and bought them a REAL toolbox.

Sturdiness yet to be seen. Portability excellent good strong handle and wheels. Not happy with drawers they twist stick and catch. Locking bar not included.

The media could not be loaded. Do not waste your money on this product! The toolbox is made of very thin tin and is nowhere near what was described. When I received it, the drawers wouldn’t even open. I contacted the company, and instead of offering a refund or a solution, they tried to get me to keep the faulty product at a discounted price. I refused—why should I pay for something that doesn’t work? This frustrating back-and-forth has been going on for two weeks now. Most recently, they had the nerve to tell me that since I had a “change of heart” about their product, I would need to pay a label printing fee to return it! Unbelievable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs. They sell poor-quality products and offer terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

Overall, the product review was helpful and accurate. Two things were noticed about this unit. The drawers are plastic and tend to "stick," so two hands are needed when pulling out the drawers. Also, when the handle is pulled up all the way, the unit feels unstable when rolling. We pulled the handle half way up, and this seemed to correct the problem.

Terrible quality , top corner plastic broke , drawers do not slide. Require all products to make small video using product at work and show close up. This will eliminate all the unwanted returns for Amazon and companies selling.

[Update 3/23/2022] Company responded. Their reason for charging fees was because they received the return damaged. If I was aware of such a thing... I could have returned their toolbox with reason that it was received damaged. I packaged their product respectfully with no damages. The tool box looked sturdy and durable in the photo. The reviews are mixed. I took a chance and made the purchase. Tool box arrived and the reviews about drawers getting stuck are spot on. I contacted the company for a refund and they agreed. They even sent me a return label... I got a refund very quickly, but they charged me $76 for shipping & restocking. Was it my fault their product is bad? Terrible product & company.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this tool box . This is not a metal tool box , it’s plastic wrapped with the lowest quality of tin I’ve ever seen constructed.
