This review is about the appearance and assembly of the table. I cannot talk to longevity and rustproofing. My previous table was glass and simply exploded spontaneously in the Arizona heat so I did not want a glass table again. It is kept outside in the open and so I also did not want to spend $$hundreds. The big box stores like HD had powder coated tables but they all had umbrella holes of 1.5" which is too small for my large Costco umbrella which needs 1.75". The advantage of this table is that it takes the large umbrella with the hole being up to 1.9". The table top ships in 2 pieces and has to be assembled with the legs. The packaging was excellent with foam protection and the table was unblemished with the powder coating being smooth and good looking. (black in my case but they have dark gray and woodgrain). It comes with all parts and screws well labelled and instructions minimalistic but easy to follow. A nice touch was the inclusion of spare screws and washers. Everything is assembled with the included allen key. It also has levelling feet which is a nice touch. I have assembled many items over the years and did it easily by myself starting with the top upside down on another table. I saw a review where they complained about fitting difficulty and the basic advice I will give is assemble the various parts with screws slightly loose until everything fits and lines up and then tighten them down in a diagonal pattern a little at a time. The only small issue is that the nuts have plastic inserts for torque to prevent loosening over time and they were a little hard to tighten with the allen key alone. They included a wrench to hold both sides. I found it thin and small so I used one of my own. All in all, I was very happy with the purchase and suits my needs. If you are concerned about rust, then cover with an old plastic table cloth or similar and hold with bungee cords for protection or buy a cover. I had occasion to interact with customer support over the color and they were extremely helpful and responsive.

The table is just what I wanted! Right size and nice appearance. However, it is slightly scratched and a little rough on one edge. We will touch up black paint and put rough side on least used side. All in all, it is a good find.

Easy assembly & matches our decking nicely. I purchased this smaller table when our rectangular glass-top shattered after its umbrella tipped over! The painting finish is not the best quality and there were a few chipped spots upon delivery.

I don't understand all of the reviews detailing that this was difficult to assemble. It was pretty easy to me, straight forward design. I assembled it in about 25 minutes after unboxing it. It did have instructions but they were mostly for screw placement. The table itself is sturdy & has eye appeal. I own a standard size outdoor umbrella & it fit perfectly without any issues. The basket/tray below the table at the base is pretty handy for storing items. Overall for the price, it's a pretty decent table.

The faux wood finish would have been nice, but there were so many imperfections it was sad. You can see the wood finish doesn't wrap around each slat of the top. Outside edge shows drip marks. I was hoping it would look nice on my porch. Now I'm embarrassed for people to see it. I wouldn't pay $180 again for this quality. The construction of the table itself was nice. The finish was bad.
