I've been married to my wife for over 25 years and recently purchased this item to add some variety to our interactions in the bedroom. I like the variety of vibrations that are featured on this device. They do vary in levels of power / intensity, so I would think most people will find a type of vibration they find particularly stimulating. The silicone material feels soft on the skin and is comfortable. The vibrations are pretty quiet, so if privacy is important, this should fit the bill. A few perspectives on fit: I'd characterize myself as having an average size penis. I'm unusual in that my testicles are on the smaller side and retractile - they easily retract upward into my groin area. I found that the ring that fits around the penis is quite comfortable and not too tight, but I can see that a man who is particularly large could find the fit on the tight size. Given what I described about my anatomy, I do find it is tricky for me to get the larger ring to stay properly in place around my testicles. It's not quite tight enough to keep them in place without one of them retracting and the ring losing its hold. This should not be a problem for most men since the retractile condition is rare, but I figure it was worth noting for others who are like me. My wife and I have used this during intercourse a few times and other than the fit issue I noted, the experience is very enjoyable for both of us. The vibrations provide mutual stimulation for her and me, providing a unique sensation during sex. The variety of vibrations are helpful, you can start with a less intense setting and change it to a more powerful sensation as excitement builds. She has always been a woman who particularly enjoys clitoral stimulation during intercourse.
