While the idea had promise, the execution was very poor. This seems to be made for a child. The illustrations don't match up with any ADULT anatomical reality. The vibrations aren't very strong and the "cup" is, well, WAY too small. The "ring" wont fit around one's testicles AND Mr Happy, without making one or the other, or both very UNhappy. The lack of decent vibration power makes it an indifferent vibrator at best, and not something that did anything for me. This would have thrilled me when I was 12 and it actually fit some part of me. But, I'm not 12 anymore. I would return it, but, that's one of the hazards of buying personal pleasure devices. And I knew that going in. That said, if you think this is something you can't live without, before you buy, grab a ruler (or better, a tailor's tape) and measure yourself for fit. I think you'll find you're heroic in size compare to this dinky thing. And that "ring" well, yes it will stretch that much. But put it on a limb and you have a tourniquet. It doesn't loosen up at all, and wants very much to be the original size it came in. Like an overwhelmingly powerful rubber band. For a region of your body where you hope to see some "growth" while using it, well, let's just say you're gonna strangle your Mr. Johnson and his basketball collection at the same time. The loop inside is about 1.75" side to side and 1.875" top to bottom. The circumference is roughly 5.75". And it does NOT like being bigger, so it presses in on you. Where this thing goes for best effect, I'm 9.25" around (Yes, a tailor's tape is among my tools!), so this thing is trying to stretch almost twice it's normal interior circumference. That whole "does NOT like being bigger" thing was kinda painful, actually. No anatomy was harmed in the experiments conducted, but it wasn't happy, either. So why 2 stars? Well, they didn't lie about the dimensions. It's really THAT SMALL. And nothing else was a fabrication. It was just MY mistake for not reading things carefully enough. It's important to read the dimensions on this. They are actually pretty accurate. Had I done that, I'd not have bought one. If they scaled it up by about 1.5 times the current size, and put in vibrators that had more muscle, sure, sign me up. Lesson learned. Always read the fine print, and get the measurements BEFORE you order.
