First time he went to put it on, the thing literally fell apart in his hands — the ring split, the little vibrating part popped off, and pieces went flying. Super cheap plastic feel, nothing felt sturdy or well-made at all. And the "heating" function? Complete lie. Turned it on, waited, nothing. No warmth, no nothing — just cold disappointment (literally). Vibrations worked for about 30 seconds before it died, but who cares when the whole thing disintegrated? Poorly constructed junk that didn't even survive one use. Save your money and skip this one — zero stars if I could. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
