I used these wire stands to set up signs hm for our HOA when we had to find alternative parking while our parking lot was repaved. These were easy to insert into corrugated plastic signs. If the ground is just basic soil they go in easily. If the ground has alot of gravel it became more difficult. The wire sign holders withstood basic spring breezes well but are too thin to use a hammer to push into the ground if the ground is rocky or hard. ... show more

Stronger than what I get from my sign printer. Not one weld has broken so far. I cut them in half to make two H stakes with the sign down by the ground, better wind resistance and still can see them just fine.

I purchased these because these seemed decent and were one of the lowest prices. Used about 45 of them with 24x18 signs for a month. Those in windy places bent over quite a bit, and 12 of them were broken by the time I picked them up at the end. So they are okay for discount stakes. Do not believe the negative reviews on here. I have bought from major retailers like sign warehouse and us cutter and these are the best and most sturdy I have ever had. And I have been buying for years. These are slightly thicker than the ones I have purchased elsewhere which makes these more sturdy. I had no issue putting them in my 24x18 corrugated plastic signs and they go in hard ground just as poorly as any other stake. Soft ground, no problem. But these are wire stakes, not 1/2” iron sign stakes. These are the lowest prices too at $69 per $100 shipping included. Others sell for $35 per 50 plus shipping. ... show more
