Shoes where not true to size

Size: 10.5 Color: Navy Blue White
I ordered 3 pairs of these different colors and sizes - two were not from the same company, because I was unsure if I needed my regular shoe size or the size used when ordering sneakers for exercising. I tried them on, and this one was just one size too big. The others were either too small or simply uncomfortable, so I returned all of them. Then I ordered my regular size in navy blue white, and an all black (the sole is also black). Fast forward about one year - I absolutely love the navy blue one - the black one is ok , but I would not repurchase, because unlike the navy, it appears that the top and sides have some “fuzz” as though they were wearing out - I have used the navy almost weekly, and no issues noted - the black one I used once a month. I returned today to purchase another navy blue white, a purple, a dark grey, and a red. My feet are extremely happy in these, and I would highly recommend them, but not the ones with the black sole - they look great at first, but I would not purchase another. Can’t believe I’m saying this about shoes, but I love these. I went to Fiji last year for two weeks, and these were my go to shoes - I think I acted as if these were my only shoes - I did a lot of sightseeing wearing these, and never a moment of discomfort. ... show more

I really like these shoes. They look good and they're comfortable. They claim to be walking shoes. That's true if you're just going for a casual stroll. If you're going to be doing some serious speed walking, invest in a good pair of athletic shoes with more support. I purchased two pair or my normal size. Both ran a little small. I'm keeping them because I'm afraid they'd be too big if I moved up a size. But like I said, they look nice and they're comfy. I plan to wear them a lot. ... show more

OK, so I’m in the wrong fairytale. But after trying five pairs of very similar looking slip-ons for people with high arches, I finally found a winner. The first brand I tried looked great, but and was easy to get on, but the back of the shoe was so stiff that with every step my heel came up, and the shoe stayed down. Not comfortable at all. The other three had similar issues. Either the sock came too far up my foot, the art support wasn’t good enough, or the collar around my ankle was too loose. These turned out to be the least expensive of the five, and most comfortable. I was even able to put my orthotics in to Support the ball and great toe joint of my feet. And the collar around the ankle fit perfectly, and was situated exactly where I wanted it on the top of my foot. My only complaint is that they are very difficult to get on, even with a shoehorn. That’s the bad news. The good news is that I got them on, I didn’t want to take them off! Update: Two weeks later, the shoes still feel great and are much easier to get on. ... show more
