The quality is OK. I mean for a cheap Amazon product it is what it is. It was perfect for the price for what I needed it for though. Sizing seems to be pretty on point. Bought this as a last minute add to a work Halloween costume. Comfortable and cute! It’s lightweight and velvety. But my favorite part was that it didn’t bunch when I walked it fanned out in a very magical and majestic way behind me. I’m 5’3” and found it a little long on me without heels.
