If you have a little bit of designing experience, this is vary easy to learn. The machine itself is easy to put together and to calibrate, and adjust to any specific measurements. The only thing is the software is a bit tricky to use, so I looked up what that software is compatible with and used software I was familiar with to make a design, then simply transfered that exported picture to the software provided and it was super easy after that. I’ve always wanted to be able to make my own vinyl designs. It’s easy with this cutting machine. The program works well and it’s fairly simple to create your design. I recommend this product!

I bought this cutter to make some signs for my small food concession business. Assembly (the stand) and setup was easy. I had to make some adjustments to the pinch roller pressure, but that may have been due to the material I was using. The large signs cut easily, but trying to cut some small pieces, it peeled out some of the letters. This may just be an adjustment issue, I was mostly working on the large signs and just tried a couple of small pieces to fill in some excess vinyl. The software is very basic and I didn't find a user manual online, although there may be one. My son prepared most of the images on another program, then exported them to the software that came with the cutter to actually cut them. I think this will be a great machine for a light user, not sure how it would hold up to heavy use, but for the money and my needs, it's perfect. If you plan to do anything other than basic letters or imported files, you will probably need to upgrade the software.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product for my husband as he creates designs for business sale purposes. This product worked for about a month. When I expressed to Amazon first I was just dissatisfied with the product quality an durability they said I was out of my return period an couldn’t be refunded an that I had to go through the manufacturer (VEVOR). I have been in contact with Beverly for just about a year now they mailed me out a refurbished machine that also operates the same as the non operative machine I had In The first place. When powered on it make sound with the shakes an no put out of designs. I have called several times an have email conversation with no resolve it’s a complete run around an dismissal. Please don’t waste your money this is a non working product an they know it. I now have two of these machines I’m stuck with that function the same

I cutter is great, But the vinyl that is shipped with it is absolutely garbage. It is the worst vinyl that I have ever sense. I have been in the sign business for 21 yrs and do not buy any of it to use for any business in less you do not want anymore from that person that you sold it to. This Kit is a joke.
