  • Vibration to cut things.
This is the kind of tool that you don't know you need until you use one. I was recently doing some remodeling in my office and needed to cut a 2x4 on the ceiling flush with the wall. Before this tool, I would have had to use a handsaw and spend time later patching the ceiling where the saw carved grooves in the drywall. Instead, I put the half-round saw on this tool and cut through most of the 2x4. When I encountered nails, I switched to the metal-cutting 1" blade and it easily went through the nails. The 1" wood cutting blade finished the job. I was impressed. My only complaint is that it is very loud! The manual does acknowledge that, however, and recommends hearing protection when using the too. I suggest you do that, too. The tool is easy to set up with a large lever that opens the chuck. Blades can be installed at various angles if needed. Cord is a little short (6') for what I was doing (cutting a 2x4 on a 9' ceiling while plugged into an outlet on the wall), so I needed a short extension cord. I used the tool on the same job to cut away thin strips of existing drywall to enable me to patch where a wall used to be. Anyway, this is a good quality tool, comes in a nice case and when you have one, you will find uses for it. It also comes with a corner sanding attachment, which also comes in handy. ... show more

  • Nice Oscillating Set
Husband loves this. He's always wanted a set like this in the past and he finally has one. It works really good for what we use it for, just light work around the house. The case seems flimsy but it holds everything in it, so I can't complain. Hoping this lasts a very long time.

  • It vibrates your hand a lot
On first impressions it looks like a great tool. This is my first oscillating multi-tool. I’ve found the past few years this would have come in handy on different occasions. The tool itself is heavy to the feel. The blade locking mechanism is stout and solid. Nice assortment of tooling for it. The tooling can be attached at various angles which is cool. It has a nice blow molded case. Now what I don’t like about it is the seemly excessive vibration to my hand. I tried without the blade and it was pretty much the same. Wearing gloves should help a little. It sounds awful loud too. Granite this is my first tool like this , maybe there all like this. For the few short minutes I was using it cutting wood my hand was feeling the shock of strong vibrations. I realize the head oscillates at high r.p.m.’s , but I don’t think it should vibrate as much as it does. Reason for 4 stars. ( I would have give 3 1/2 ⭐️) also the variable speed dial seems a little off. From 1 to 6 it doesn’t seem like there’s the difference I would expect. For short term occasional use I think it will be fine. I tried to google and YouTube to see if this amount of vibrations is normal. I found no conclusive answers. ... show more

  • Great features on an inexpensive tool
There are 2 main reasons why I chose to order this oscillating tool (despite the fact that I already have both a corded and a cordless almost identical model): 1) I have come to believe that every tool should have its own storage case. It keeps them and (at least) their most often used accessories and attachments together in one place - no more rummaging around trying to find that necessary but missing piece. And it keeps them free of all the dust that manages to settle on everything in my workshop in spite of dust collection and frequent vacuuming. This oscillating tool came with its custom fitted plastic case. 2) I am getting too old to put up with needing special tools to adjust or change accessories … or needing 3 hands to hold-clamp-insert accessories or change setups. Fighting a heavy duty spring loaded tool clamp is unnecessary, so why put up with it! Once I was introduced to easy, tool free blade changes, I was done with the others! This oscillating tool has an easy to use attachment release and locking lever. This package includes the oscillating tool, a side handle for better control, a basic collection of good quality attachments, and a molded case that holds it all. As the online description stated and shows, this machine features tool free attachment changes. However the instruction manual that accompanies it describes using an Allen wrench to change the tool attachments (see highlighted text in my photo) … which is _not_ required! My photos point out the locking/release lever that makes changing attachments easy and tool free. So I’ll keep my cordless oscillating tool for smaller projects outside my workshop and this corded model for larger projects in my workshop, but that other name brand one with the stiff spring on the attachment clamp - that is perfectly good otherwise - will be donated to Habitat! ... show more

  • Anyone from the weekend warrior to a professional can easily use this tool
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice oscillating tool It is a heavy duty saw that competes well with all name brands when it comes to durability and performance. It is reasonably priced, and anyone from a weekend warrior to a professional can easily use this tool. Although small in stature, I was surprised how it packs a big punch when it comes to performance. ... show more

  • Vibrates too much and very loud
I got carpial tunnel damage on both hands from a day of use, the medical bill made this tool the most expensive in the market for me. Awful

  • Quality corded multi tool.
Some tools you don’t know you need until you get them. This multi tool is a great addition for any handy person. It works great for cutting so many things. I normally used my sawsall to cut nails or screws that were buried and couldn’t be removed but that always did some serious damage to the boards. This tool is much simpler to use to sheer off nails and screws and barely left a mark on the boards. Also used this to cut off the ends of some smaller boards on a shelf system without having to remove them or set the depth on a circular saw. Haven’t had the use this for a plunge cut yet but I know that will happen at some point. The Vevor multi tool uses the standard blade connector so you can get new and different blades anywhere. The blade connector system is a quick release so very simple and quick to swap blades. It comes with enough to get started, including a metal cutting blade, a scraper and some wood working blades. This is a corded version of a multi tool but some much less expensive that a name brand cordless. ... show more
