Save yourself the money and buy this setup, works great no issues, I’ve done multiple jobs and no leaks. I’ve used Home Depot fittings, viega fittings it all works just fine, the tool is not to heavy for 90% of applications it is however a little heavy or large when in a tight crawl space but I still managed to get it all done and no leaks. I can see a time and place for the ridgid jaws that allow for any angle but the head of the vevor press tool head does rotate to help with angles. ... show more

As a licensed Texas State plumber, I was hesitant on pulling the trigger to purchase this pro press, Rogue m rigid and Milwaukee are the main pro press . So far it’s worked great. The jaws actually release after crimping effortlessly. The locking pin for heads has a quick release spring, literally slap it close. It does have some weight to it , it is longer than most brands.
