My Experience: I’ve had this roller for a short time, and I’m already impressed. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear with pictures, and it looks great on the counter. Nothing beats the taste of a roller dog, and this machine delivers — I can cook 18 hot dogs in about 10 minutes, then switch one side to “warm” to keep them ready. Cleaning is simple: the glass top and sides wipe down easily, and the removable drip tray is a huge plus for cleanliness. The rollers also clean up fine with a sponge or scrubbie while still on the unit. The only tricky part was removing the protective film on the glass front cover — I had to carefully start it with a razor tip and cut it across the top where it tucks under the bracket. Verdict: This is a solid, professional-looking unit that works exactly as advertised. Perfect for family gatherings — my grandkids love it, and I can make enough hot dogs for everyone quickly. I purchased this on april 7th on april 11, My package arrived in a box that was undamaged but after opening and assembling the machine. My fuse was crushed. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that they could not help me or send a replacement. I reached out multiple times receiving the same response, after contacting amazon to see if they could help, the seller told that representative only a refund could be issued after returning the entire machine. ... show more

11 Rollers, 30 hot dog warmer. Unit arrived in a timely manner, no broken parts and all parts in package. Easy assembly. Followed directions and unit is great for hot dogs, however if buns loaded on rack above hot dogs and left for a long period of time-they become stiff and hard, don't load more buns than you expect to use initially, then load more as those run low. After using for 3 nights and properly cleaning and oiling ends of rollers as instructed, first 3 or 4 rollers near front began to bind and make a noise. They still roll but it appears they are catching or in a bind. Technical support is no help. They want all kinds of information instead of just telling a person how to fix problem. ... show more
