Installs great. I used m6 16mm sex bolts to install. Couldnโt figure out what the included hardware was for, but it was junk. Giving this 5 stars as it works as intended and is quality. However. I did not realize it was only 1 locking slide. This means that when fully extended and locked, there is some play on the left slider because it does not lock, and non on the right, which is locked in place. The benefit, however, is one handed use. I suppose that could be useful. I will likely order dual locking for the next build but I suppose it would be personal preference.

I like them a lot. They are strong and roll well and I like the locking feature. The big downside is you can't take them apart so you have to plan carefully to be able to mount them. Made the process 100% harder than it needed to be.

The sliders are sturdy and well made, but in installing them I had to do some drilling and in an effort to clean out any possible flakes of material that might have gotten into the track I used a can of brake cleaner which started to melt the plastic material that holds the ball bearings in place. My fault for getting material in the unit that needed to be removed... but I'm disappointed that a plastic was used in the product that will melt with brake cleaner, a very commonly used cleaning agent for industrial purposes. DO NOT USE BRAKE CLEANER to clean the tracks.

These slides are smooth and strong! The locking mechanism doesn't hold for me, but I'm using them in a work van so it gets a lot of stress. I just popped in a small barrel bolt to secure it on the road. Pre-made or manufactured versions of the slide out I wanted were all over $1,000. DIY with these slides $300

Pretty impressed with these, they're definitely worth the price. Just note that unlike typical slides where the drawer and cabinet member can separate (allowing for the removal of the drawer), this does not have that functionality.

There are many different mounting options and applications for these slides. I used the 60โ slides to install a sliding cargo shelf in RV pass thru storage. Measure all the gaps carefully to ensure clean installation. CAUTION: be careful of locking mechanism when installing. There are several moving latches and fixed โtabsโ in the rail and they can be bent or damaged when installing in specialized applications. Simple testing of locking mechanism (both lock-in and lock-out) during all phases of installation will usually ensure its working properly. I had a slightly bent tab on the โlock-inโ position that rendered the lock useless. I corrected by slightly bending the tab back so that locking position could be maintained.

This is a great price for the 48". I paid about twice as much for my last 48", but it had dual locking slides. This is almost near identical as the last one. All the fastening holes are the same. Last one lasted 5 years before the plastic bearing sleeves started to fall apart, then the bearings started falling out. Causing it to become unusable. Hope to get a little more life out the this one. My only complaint is there's some sharp edges that can slice you pretty good. So wear gloves and buy a file. Application: vehicle/truck bed/ softopper canopy/ fridge/toolbox. 225 lbs.
