Product arrived with tons of damage, dings, scratches, exposed sharp bent metal everywhere. One of the racks has an entire section where the welds were broken. Plastic caps just scattered everywhere inside the box, screws just running around without a bag. You can tell this is low quality stuff. Now I wasn't expecting much at $80, but I just at least expected the product to arrive without damage. If it did, it would be solid! Cheap metal and light, but holds up excellent. Just such a shame the company puts so little effort into maintaining the QC of their products. ... show more

Great addition to my place!!! Unfortunately, it came a little banged up. Some of the material on top was bent and the a few of the poles that connect came scratched up almost like it was used or assembled already. Would’ve given more stars if those things weren’t there.
