I read reviews, people claim they received a used unit. I dont think so. Stainless isn't polished on the edges where joined so it kinda looks that way. The quality of this machine for the price is worth it 100%. I love this machine. Its so heavy! Maybe over 100 lbs. Solid. Easy to clean but I prefer to make juice in bulk and not use/ clean it every day. I ordered some nice carafes and mini bottles on Amazon.

We just opened this and it is damaged, maybe even used? There are big scrapes along the side of it and one of the bins to collect the peels has a huge gaps that they will fall through. I tried to return it but it will take two weeks for that to even happen, when we needed this machine right away. Disappointing.

The quality of the machine is poor. It is not easy to clean you need to be careful because the material of the containers where the oranges residuals are deposited are sharp and you can get cuts from them, also the juice filter is not tiny enough so the oranges seeds gets into the juice, it doesn’t really squeezed the oranges it looks like they still have juice. The cutter is not sharp enough to cut the oranges. But over all it works okay.

I originally gave it 5 stars. I bought this on May 8th, and started using it around May 16th. It was actually working pretty well. I use it at home, once a day to make fresh orange juice for my family. I am not sure what happened, but suddenly the knife/blade piece doesn’t fit anymore. It appears the metal piece (attached to the machine) has lifted upwards. The big issue to me is that I called the number listed for support, Friday 17th of June, few times between 9 am and 12 pm, and I get a message saying the office is closed and get disconnected. It is an expensive machine to breakdown few weeks after buying it, and I am not even using it commercially. Additional note: I managed to fix the issue with the metal piece, where the blade goes, and the machine works well. I have been using it for several months now without issues. All I did was unscrew the metal piece where the blade goes and switched upwards. If you buy this machine, works well, but don’t expect customer support of any kind.

Easy to use, quick and cleans easily. I do believe mine was used or refurbished. The first one I received, wouldn’t power on, the second one I revived appears to be used. Overall, I’m pleased, except for the fact that the juicer leaves too much of the orange un-squeezed.
