I've had this range for over a year now and it's nearly perfect. Half and quarter size sheet pans fit perfectly in each oven. It would be perfect if the front burners were dual burners (like the center burner). Even on low, you really need a simmer plate to keep them from getting too hot for simmers. 5 stars for customer service. Robert provided amazing customer service! We really appreciate his attention to his customers. The stove has a great design and looks beautiful in our kitchen. The gas top works great. The ovens, though, take a long time to heat up (nearly 1 hour to get to 425 degrees) and the display doesn’t show the temperature. So product itself is a 3-4 star due to oven functionality. We are going to verify with Robert if this is normal and we’ll update this review afterwards. ... show more

    • Make sure you have installers in your city who will install a residential range
This is an amazing product. The double electric ovens are capable of many types of baking, broiling and just defrosting items. The gas cooktop can fry, boil and simmer anything the best chef would want to cook. It replaces another dual fuel range and this new one makes the old one look like a vintage model T range. The only problem is the knobs can do so much and they are a little hard to read, but the user manual is great at explaining what needs to be done so I'm sure my wife and I will have fun and enjoy the range. ... show more

Beautiful oven. Buyers should be aware of its weight and have help available when delivered. Buyers should also be aware that there is no power cord supplied and that being European, the outlet for electrical power is on the back left and the gas connection is on the back right. I cannot comment yet on how it works because there was no power cord supplied. Seller should make this clear and advise as to where to buy and what kind is required. ... show more
