I honestly don’t know where to begin! I think I am so overwhelmed with excitement that I can’t form a coherent sentence!! We purchased this range in 2018, it has been a semi permanent fixture in my dining room up until last week! Yes it took us that long to get around to renovating our kitchen. The sales person (via online ordering) that helped up was extremely nice, communication was great! We needed the kit to change the supply to propane and when I ordered it I was blown away that they said they would install the kit for me! How nice is that??? I could not ask for a better company! Since my range had been in a crate for 3 years, I was expecting something to not work! I was wrong…. ! Everything worked perfectly! This range is a piece of Art! And I look forward to creating wonderful meals for years to come! ... show more

    • This oven has been nothing but problems.
We have had the Thor gas range for 4 years. In that time frame it has broken 3 times. We have a constant problem with the ignitors not working, and the oven door does not close flush to the range on the large oven side. It has been very difficult to find an appliance repair company that can fix the oven every time it has broke. I absolutely hate this oven and do not recommend it to anyone. Oh, and the stove top burners are constantly clicking whenever I turn one of the other burners on no matter how much I clean them. It's never ending the problems with this range. ... show more

We love the stove! The oven has been a problem, worked well for a few months. We are now on our 3rd fix on the oven. The service techs I have been working with locally, have been great. Thor, on the other hand, has been extremely slow and hard to work with. They take weeks to get parts. The oven started making fire balls when we would open the doors and filling the house with gas, so we have not had ovens in basically 2 plus months. I know that it was not the most expensive model, but this is ridiculous. ... show more

This is a high end gas range, just like viking and thermador but 1/3 of the cost. I bought their drawer fridge so I decide to give it a try on this 48 inches Gas range with oven. My boy friend install this right away. it looks nice and clean and works perfectly fine! I love it. Will recommend everyone to buy their drawer fridge too. ... show more

This was my dream oven. We’ve had this for three years. Every year a big and expensive problem happens. The knob film has melted. The pretty blue inside has chipped off and is ugly. Do not buy!!!
