I recently purchased this bag off the Vera Bradley site and tried it out. I use a wheelchair 100 percent of the time and I struggled to find a bag that suited my needs. This bag is so perfect I came to amazon and purchased 2 more. This bag fits easily beside me in my chair, I am able to carry everything I need, it has a open pocket on the front of the bag that allow me to slide my iPhone 14 pro into it with out have to worry about a zipper, it even has strap that if I wanted it more secure I could wrap around my body. ... show more

I really liked the size and functionality of this bag. But either someone washed it and the color bled, or there was a dye issue. The strap was pink when it was supposed to be white and the background of the design was also pink instead of white. I returned it. I would love it if it had been the right color. ... show more

It's kind of small, which keeps it lightweight because you're limited on what you can carry. There is a large zippered pocket inside along with two open pockets. And there are two large pockets on the outside, one with a snapped closure and the other without. I think it would be great for travel. The only problem I see is the size of your wallet. I use a small wallet, but concerned that it could fall out or someone could easily take out in a crowd. I keep mine in the inside zipper, along with my keys. Because I know this it keeps me alerted to that fact and I won't rush through the airport or wherever I may happen to be without checking. The outside snapped pocket is big enough to hold your passports. And an open outside pocket that is deep enough to secure my phone without worry. I got the army green and like the look. I have a larger version of the Vera Bradley recycled cotton handbag and decided to purchase this smaller size in a summery color. It's a perfect size, not too small & not too large. It's a bright, pleasant color for summer. The other one is a mossy green color and is perfect for the cold months. I've never been a fan of the Vera prints so I was pleased they came out with some nice solid colors. The fact that they're machine washable is a huge plus. ... show more

I've never bought a cloth printed purse before so this is a first for me. I love it. Its roomy enough to fit a wallet, glasses case, phone, and some extras but not too big. Has the right amount of pockets/zippers. The best part is that its washable.
