These are the best placemats. Why? They are durable, pretty and easy to clean. Once a week I throw them in the washer and dryer. They come out perfectly.. When placed on the table they lie flat which is great, and they stay in place. They were a bit expensive, but I am happy with this purchase..

I have two versions of these placemats - java navy and whit and java navy camo. I love the print in both colorways and I appreciate they are quilted and have different print on each side and that it is not scalloped at the edges (all the quilted ones I have previously seem have scalloped edges). They fit my décor and plain white china and so far they have survived repeated machine washing and drying without fading or looking tired. I have ordered two additional sets of two and I am using them every day. You can get matching napkins (and other kitchen gear) as well but this placemat works well with my flax colored 100% linen napkins which I feel are better than the matching printed ones which are fine but not as high quality as these placemats. ... show more
