This is a good size bag that is the typical Vera Bradley quality. I needed a good mid-size bag and this fit that need perfectly. The pattern is beautiful and fit everything I needed. I do wish it could latch closed but it’s not a big issue.

This is my second Vera Bradley tote and I love it just as much as the first one I got. It is very roomy and holds a lot of stuff. The purple interior fabric is a lovely contrast to the beautiful butterflies on the outside. The quilted style is perfectly sewn and I love that because it’s 100% cotton it’s machine washable. It retains its shape no matter how much stuff I can cram into it. It’s is definitely a quality bag that will last for a long time. I recommend getting one, they are quite nice.

I am just loving everything about this bag! I keep getting compliments on it everywhere I go! The butterfly pattern design is so flowing and gorgeous. I also really like the pattern on the inside, and the two different patterns compliment each other well. The quality is amazing, and it is so soft, it actually feels like a quilt. The sewing is impeccable. Plus, it has the delicate look of an expensive, high-quality bag, as well as the strength and durability. This bag was meant to be beautiful and functional at the same time, and it is both. It's nice and big on the inside, and it holds SO MUCH, but it's got the 2 strings inside on both sides of the bag so that you can tie it in the middle, which then pulls the 2 sides together at the top. I included a photo so you can see what I mean. It closes at the top with a button and a looped string on the opposite side. This is literally the only thing I'm not super impressed with about this bag. I've had a bit of trouble keeping it closed with the button loop thing because it comes undone a lot, but that could be because I had a ton of stuff inside. It may stay closed better if the bag isn't full to the max. There's a large zippered pocket on the inside that's big enough to put a spiral notebook in, as well as a few other things, and putting things in the zippered pouch doesn't make the side look bulky like it tends to do on some bags. It's a bigger sized bag, and it can hold quite a bit, but it is also easy to carry and not too heavy. Overall, I'm very impressed with the high-quality, functionality, and design of this bag. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it's a Vera Bradley bag, and it's worth it, in my opinion, especially if you're a Vera Bradley fan.

This is a review of the Vera Bradley Hathaway tote in the Wing + Bloom design (butterflies). This is a beautiful tote with bright spring colors. The variety of colors makes it easy to match with many outfits. The purple lining inside is very eye-catching. I thought it would have a more satin feel on the interior, but it feels like cotton. I love all of the pockets! It isn't easy to see, but there is one exterior pocket and 3 good-sized interior pockets. The largest interior pocket has a zipper. Since this is thick cotton, I probably would put my heavier items in my leather work bags and save this for my more lightweight work items. But the nice thick straps will make this comfortable to carry. The strings on the interior are somewhat odd. If you tie the strings together tightly, put the top loop around the button, and straighten up the sides, you can get the stylish folded look as seen in the pictures. It is not the most intuitive thing to get that look! I would wear it like this most often! Overall, I like the bag, and it is well-made. It is listed at an MSRP of 100.00, which was the list price when I got it, but it is showing as 75.00 now. I have bought expensive leather purses before, but not something this expensive made of cotton. So I’m unsure of the price. This seems steep, but it is Vera…so it may be worth it.

Gotta love my Vera Bradley! The quality of these bags are always so good and the designs are always so unique. This holds a lot and is great as a work bag. I imagine this would be really nice for teachers too.
