My gal is not a typical fan of Vera Bradley stuff. It's just not her style, but she did like a particular pattern that was available, so she decided to try it. Now this bag is with her constantly. She typically carries a giant 50lb Coach bag I got her, but when we're walking around shopping or going to church or something, she likes to carry something smaller. This Vera Bradley bag is her new favorite "small bag". It carries her wallet, keys, and phone with zero issues and on Sundays, her Bible also fits for church. She's gotten several compliments on the bag while I've been out with her, so it's obviously noticable and attractive. Her only note is the strap may be too small if you're tall (she's 5'1"). Overall, she's very happy with this bag. It's a perfect size for her, it's well-made, and it's attractive.

From the wife: To be honest, I'm not usually a fan of purses like this, but I love this one! It's so cute, and the colors perfect for spring. It feels very well made from high quality materials. The bottom is flat, and even though it's a soft-sided purse, it will stand up when it has things inside. It is lightweight but larger than expected with lots of roomy pockets, including two very large ones on the outside and one on the inside that has way more room than most inner pockets. It doesn't look bulky at all, but it holds a lot! The strap is easy to adjust and stays in place. Bottom line, it's a great bag. Just looking at the light blue and yellow floral print makes me happy.

The fabric print nice but there are no slip pockets for cell phone but two zip pockets so I never know which one my phone is in..I feel like the quality of Vera Bradley is down right now.

This bag is perfect for my needs. I just throw a few of my cards in there with my keys, phone, and chap stick and I'm goo to do. I love that the pockets are all zip and not slip pockets because things tend to get lost or fall out with slip pockets. I got the Americana red design and it's so beautiful. I feel like the cross body is made of good quality materials that will last and it's very lightweight. I would recommend this item as a gift.

I absolutely love this bag. I got the tomato vine one and it’s so adorable! I use this as my daily driver bag and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. People really like it and I do too! The cotton is buttery soft and it’s so well-made. I dressed it up with a brown bandana and some keychains and it looks absolutely adorable! It’s very large and hold so much stuff. I made the strap go all the way out and use it as a crossbody and it’s the perfect length. The print is absolutely adorable! I highly recommend this bag, it’s so freaking cute!

I love this bag! I love all the prints, but the style of the bag makes all the difference. I actually bought a Disney print earlier this year and found that I hated the style and sadly, don't use it. The difference for me is the strap. This one has two very narrow straps which sit on my shoulder much more securely. I don't know why, but the single, wide strap doesn't and it drives me crazy! I also like that I can shorten them enough to carry the bag by its handles rather than a shoulder bag, and also love that there are two deep pockets on either side verses in the interior of the bag. Obviously, that's a personal preference but I don't like having to constantly zip and unzip multiple zippers to get to one item. The outside pockets are deep and zip. That's one zipper! Finally, the only drawback to this bag is that some of the hardware is plastic. I don't mind it but I also don't know how that will effect the use of the bag in the long term.

This Vera Bradley crossbody bag is great on so many levels. The size is perfect for carrying your essentials and then some. It’s not bulky or cumbersome and lays close to the body allowing for hands-free shopping, etc. Having an adjustable strap is a must for someone tall like me (just as it is for petite women). I’m happy to see that VB is staying true to its brand with the traditional prints but is also inviting in a new customer base with its solids (I will always go for black). The price is a reasonable reflection of the nice quality and durability. And in today’s world it makes so much more sense to buy quality fabric over plastic or vinyl which always breaks down and ends up in the landfills. Love this bag.
