Bought these for my wife as a Christmas present (questionable if she was going to use them on me). None the less, she loves them. She uses them for a boxing class and has said they are super comfortable. I tried them out and agree, these things are crazy comfortable and I could see buying some for myself if I get into boxing. These gloves are really well made—durable, comfortable, and look awesome in person. We got the 8 oz size for my 12-year-old, and while they fit okay, they are just a little bit big for him. Still works fine for training though!

I wasn’t too sure if they were new because of the way they were packaged in a clear plastic wrap with tape. It looked like a cheaply wrapped Christmas present. However, I checked over them. There are no scratches or impressions that they were used and they smelled brand new like a fresh pair of new Nike sneakers. I put those bad boys on and they felt comfortable. If they lower the prices on all the pairs of gloves by, $20 then there should be no reason why they couldn’t afford to have quality supreme packaging. More people would buy them if they were $20 cheaper and more people means more money and wider expansion for the product. Sometimes sacrifice means a better gain. ... show more

I have large hands and the 16oz fit perfect. Gloves are beautiful, quality is acceptable. But I have to warn if you are new to boxing, they are much harder than other brands. If you plan to buy as a starter, probably it will hurt your hands faster than other brands.
