Shoes are very attractive, a little oversized. I normally wear 9, but 8.5 was closest size to that. Shoes a little loose with no socks, but with socks, fit good. Seem very well made inside and out. Leather uppers and looks leather lined, but probably not. Would recommend.

Extremely comfortable and well made leather walking shoes. After using a leather weather proofing/conditioner, the shoes broke in quickly. I plan to purchase another pair.

The shoes looked great. The upper is heavy leather and well stitched. Unfortunately, the photo and description showed the sole was stitched on as well. When I received them it was a glued sole which seldom lives very long with me. The interior of the shoe was well padded but had absolutely no arch support. Strike 2. When I put them on, the fit was loose in the heel and it slipped up and down when I walked although the shoe felt tight when I put it on - could be a size problem and not a manufacturing problem. However, when I walked in them, something was digging into the back of both heels. I returned the shoes and I seldom return things. ... show more

I ordered these because they looked good in the ad and the price is very low. I hoped they would be good enough for at least a knock around shoe. Just got them today and they are a really nice looking shoe. Leather uppers and a soft rubber sole with good tread. They have decent arch support and feel great. I usually take a size 10 wide and these didn’t have a wide option so I ordered 10 and hoped for the best. They fit perfect. Very comfortable and easy on and off. For over a year, my right foot really bothered me (plantar fasciitis). I tried several shoes with high arches that were designed for this condition and they never helped and made things slightly worse. We had a 2 week trip to Italy coming up and we were going to do a lot of walking; I was getting concerned. So I figured..."maybe I need to use my feet the way they were designed?" Maybe a high arch was only supporting the condition and not resolving it. Maybe... I needed to walk mor flat footed. I saw these shoes and they were everything I was looking for. Light weight, easy to put on and take off, leather and the textured inner sole was a nice touch. I walked for 2 months in these shoes before our trip and my pain was gone. I walked for miles a day in Italy and never had any complaints. I've been wearing these every day for over 1.5 years and I just bought my 2nd pair. Highly recommended! ... show more
