    • Very basic but a good one nonetheless

I have always wanted a standing desk, at the moment I just work off of our table, as I don’t work from home that often. I saw this one and decided to give it a shot. And it actually was not bad at all. I got it in and it was in a much smaller box that I anticipated. It was heavy, if you’re fit you can handle it yourself though. But if you have somebody to help you that would be better. Assembling it wasn’t very hard, the only thing is to look at the orientation of the parts in the picture to make sure you have them facing the right way. There are only about eight parts overall, so it’s relatively easy to figure out. The only gripe I kind of had, is that none of the parts had any letters or numbers on them to tell you what they were. You just have to look at the pictures in the manual to figure it out. I was able to put it together in less than 30 minutes. And once it was up it was pretty easy to use. I didn’t even look at the instructions. It has of course an up and down arrow , and then there’s a number one and number two for two preset positions you can program. I have course programmed a sitting position, and a standing position. All you have to do is get it to that height and then hold down the number one or number two button until it beeps. And you’re all set. Very pleased with it ! The only thing I would make sure you know, is that since it comes in a narrow box the desktop itself is two separate pieces joined together with dowel rods. It doesn’t bug me, but I could see how it might irritate someone else who wants a complete desktop. ... show more

Honestly, this is the perfect combination of price point and quality for a product. I think it matches up well. Ive used standing desks in the past that are heavy duty and much nicer looking but its just not worth the price since most people just end up sitting at them anyways. My husband loves it and hes very tall. He used to have to take frequent breaks from work just to stretch and move around but he feels much more productive now. And its not that expensive all things considered. Its a super simple and basic desk and thats all we needed. Its a good standard size and adjusts well. Like I said, its not getting 5 stars because its not the nicest desk I've ever seen but overall it is not bad and we like it! ... show more

This is way nicer than I expected at this price. It's similar to much more expensive desks. The desktop itself is pretty thin and doesn't look like it would support a ton of weight. I'm a little concerned about how it will hold up long term but the quality seems good enough and I don't really think it will be an issue. The up/down feature of the desk works great. It's smooth and quiet. The controls are easy to use and there are some additional features like a reminder to take a break that you can turn on if you wish. It also has a child lock to prevent issues like that. It's wide enough that I can put my main 35 inch ultrawide monitor on it plus two regular 24 inch monitors beside it. It's not very deep though and this leaves only enough room for my keyboard and mouse, and you're sitting fairly close to the monitors. I'm used to sitting much further back from my displays so it is taking some getting used to. The size worked great for moving my desk into the bedroom, which is why I wanted this desk. It fits beside the bed without blocking my closet door and I still have room for a nightstand on both sides of the bed. Plus it's not so deep that it's in the way of walking around in the bedroom. The only real issue is that I had to sit my PC tower on the floor. It was super easy to assemble and took less than half an hour, and I was taking my time and not in a hurry. ... show more
