I purchased two of these, one for primary bathroom and one for guest bathroom. They mounted easily and seem to be very sturdy and well made. I mounted them by a wall plug so they are very easy to re-charge. The fact that you can adjust which light mode you want is also a plus. Not sure why there is a rating for ease of traveling as these are made to be mounted to a wall. Overall, a great make-up mirror, at a reasonable price, would purchase again.

Seems like it could be brighter…his has progressively gotten dimmer since I purchased it. It always plugged in so I am wondering if the actual light bulbs need replacing. Unfortunately can’t find any information of that.

I've needed a mirror like this for a little while now, but I was dragging my feet about it because I'm not particularly fond of how some of them are cheap-looking. I thought this mirror, with it's black finish, looked classy and would be more unobtrusive on my bathroom wall than say, a flashy chrome version. I had my husband hang it so that he could help find a stud because I didn't want it to start to sag or pull out of the wall from the weight of the mirror. So far, it's remained solid on the wall with no signs of it coming loose. The mirror and frame, arm and mounting plate all appear to be solid and sturdy, and I believe it shouldn't have too much trouble supporting itself as the years go by. The black finish doesn't get all smudged with fingerprints etc. like a chrome version would, however, my light colored foundation showed up really easily if I accidentally touched the black frame with makeup-y fingers. This might not even bother anyone else, but I'm kinda persnickety. The mirrors are both crystal clear. The regular mirror is helpful for the usual mirror stuff without having to lean over my counter and also for seeing the back of my head in the main mirror with the luxury of keeping both my hands free. The 10x mirror makes it so much easier to see all the horrors of my face up close, thereby making it easier for me to take care of them as best I can, and as I expected, it also provides me with an extra little dose of skin insecurity lol. Using the 10x mirror with the "outside" light (the cool temp. light) makes all of my stray eyebrow hairs easier to see (and pluck), than when using my original bathroom light, and the different light temps. are great for being able to double check that your makeup won't look wacky in different lighting when going out into the world. The light itself is charged using USB, which would probably be a little annoying if I didn't happen to have an outlet close by, but it's definitely easier than having to go digging through drawers for a battery. It seems to stay charged for a decent amount of time, I haven't needed to charge it yet-- but I don't have a whole lot of time to spend pruning in front of a mirror, so the overall time I've spent utilizing the light hasn't yet accumulated to much. So far, I haven't experienced any issues with this mirror, and I have nothing but good things to say. I think at the very worst, the light could eventually stop working, but even then, it'll still function as a mirror, so it's not like it would become completely useless...
