I put 1 star because they won’t let me submit a review without at least 1. Horrible product. The pump stopped working at the end of the first week. We bought a REALLY expensive Beta and we have no working tank to hold him. And there has been NO response from the seller. Amazon said I had to go through the seller, they have no responsibility in this matter at all. HORRIBLE PRODUCT!

This tank works well when you want a small aquatic setup that feels more like part of your room than a piece of equipment. The blass is clear enough that you can actually enjoy watching a tiny fish swim around, and it doesn’t have that warped look some cheap plastics get. I keep mine where I can glance over while I’m working, and it adds a calm focal point without taking up a big footprint. The portability is a bigger deal than I thought. If you like rearranging your space, or you just want to clean your desk and slide things around, this is easy to handle. This is a great setup for a small tank. Unfortunately the pump has gone out after 2 weeks. It worked perfect for about a week and then the preset speeds didn’t work and only ran super fast. Now it no longer works. Hoping the seller can send a pump before I return it and have to start all over.

I like how this little blass aquarium doesn’t take over the room. It sits neatly on a desk or shelf and still feels like a real display, not some bulky project. The clear walls make it easy to watch a small fish swim around without that cloudy “plastic look.” The edges also feel smooth and finished, which matters when it’s somewhere you reach past all the time. This fish tank is poor quality. It also doesn’t come with clear instructions on how to assemble the water pump which makes setup difficult. On top of that, the edges of the tank are very sharp and almost cut my fingers, which is a serious safety concern! I wouldn’t recommend this product!

I actually, like this aquarium. After it took 2 days to figure out how to install the pump. So, this product would probably be a 5 star rating if it had a usable instructional video. The seller would sell more of these if the instructions are clearer and easier to read. Again, I would do a step by step video and you would sell more. People, If you do buy this aquarium, it only has 1 power adapter that plugs in to the wall socket and then it controls the light and the pump. There will be 2 loose wires when you install the pump, the 2 loose wires will need to be connected in order to work. Not very clear in the instructions. The instructions to turn on the light, to switch to Fahrenheit are buttons and It is frustrating sometime it it had a better instructions you can make it work right away, I am still trying to figure out how to work the automatic feeder too. Oh well, it is a nice product once or If I have time to figure the rest of it out.

The blass is clear and gives a nice unobstructed look, so you can actually enjoy watching movement instead of feeling like the container is the main thing you notice. What surprised me is how much it adds as a decorative piece. Because it’s transparent and simple, it blends into different rooms easily. I’ve tried it on a shelf and on a desk, and it didn’t look out of place in either spot. It’s the kind of item that makes the area feel more put-together. Setup is also pretty approachable. You can keep it basic and still have a pleasant display, and cleaning the outside doesn’t take effort. For a small aquarium, it checks the boxes of “looks nice,” “easy to place,” and “easy to live with.
