I bought a dozen of the plain stainless cups for my kids, in-laws & grandbabies who were all here for two days over the 4th of July weekend. Added a bag of miscellaneous vinyl stickers & vinyl letters so everyone decorated their own. (&I didn't have to wash 12+ glasses 3 to 5 times a day!) They were a hit with everyone, young and old. I got these a while ago, and I have gotten bunch of use out of all of them. Great value for what they are, but they are not 20 ounces. To the fill line, they are exactly 16 ounces. To be perfectly honest with you it all works out for me because these ones ended up being the perfect size for me, but still, that's not the point. I haven't reached out to the company or anything because I like the tumblers and I don't want my money back or anything, but truth in advertising matters, so do with that information what you will. Also, the lids are pretty cheap, but hey, what do you expect for this price?
