I have been taking these vegan omega-3 gummies for a few weeks and have been very pleased. The taste is pleasant and fruity, making them easy to take every day without any fishy aftertaste like traditional fish oil supplements. The quality seems excellent. Each gummy contains algae-based DHA and EPA along with CoQ10 and astaxanthin, so I feel like I am getting a well-rounded supplement for both heart and brain health. I also like that they are vegan, which is important to me. They are convenient, easy to chew, and the dosage is straightforward. Considering the ingredients and the fact that they support overall wellness, they offer good value for the price. I plan to continue using them as part of my daily routine.

As someone with family that has very particular and picky dietary habits and has developed an inability to swallow giant gel capsules, I'm thankful that gummy versions for just about every supplement exists now. Because of this, some recommended supplements are no longer a battle to administer, and instead can be incorporated into a tasty treat or dessert. Toss in the fact that it's more and more common for sugar substitutes and pectin to be used in place of corn syrup, gummy vitamins are not as harmful to diabetics or your teeth as they used to be. In particular, these Omega-3 gummies are algae based (and the gummy is pectin), so they're entirely vegan and there's no fishy aftertaste or fishy burps after consumption. They're a delightful citrus gummy with a gooey center. Not quite a gusher, but not quite a solid gummy bear. The mixed lemon orange flavor seems to be a lemony outer casing, with the softer, squishier center being orange. Both are sufficiently sweet, so I wouldn't worry about fearing any sour or tart flavors. But, for those with an aversion to citrus, the flavor might be a deal breaker. The gummy overall has a nice bite and chew without being overly sticky. The typical dietary recommendation is at least 1.1 grams of Omega-3 fatty acids for adults 19 and over, and these gummies help meet that expectation easily on top of a normal, balanced diet. The additional blend of Astaxanthin, Coenzyme Q10, assorted vitamins, etc. provide a nice package bundle of other nutrients and antioxidants. At around $20 for a 1 month supply, these aren't the most economical or budget friendly supplements. But, when taking into account algae derived Omega-3 supplements are usually a good deal more expensive than fish oil based ones, and additionally gummy formulations are also more expensive, it's not the most unreasonable price. If you or a family member don't particularly consume much seafood or seeds and nuts with Omega-3s, gummy supplements like these may be a welcome addition to your daily routine.

I was pretty impressed with the amount of vitamins included in these gummy cubes. It pretty much covers the majority of daily vitamins that I like to take. The taste of these could be mistaken for candy and makes it easy to take. The gummies also have a gummy chew and it is really amazing that these are sugar free with how good they taste. The flavor is hard to describe....maybe I would say a sweet tart-like flavor. Yum! The cubes are fairly small and the 3 cubes per servings can be easily taken at once. A good value for how tasty these are as well as the vitamins included.

These Omega 3 gummies are delicious. I'm not vegan, but I prefer algae as an omega-3 source because I trust it a little bit more to not have heavy metal contaminants like fish sometimes can. My one hesitation about the supplement is that the large quantity of other vitamins means that I can't take my regular multivitamin along with the supplement. At the same time, it's not a complete multivitamin, so I feel like I'm missing out on everything that I might need. The seems like a pretty decent quality supplement, and the size is very easy to take. This is a one month supply, so the value is ok, but not exceptional.
