Not gonna lie, I was nervous about putting this thing together when it came to the lift function. But this was super easy to put together from start to finish. It's really sturdy and firm. It weighs enough to easily move around, everything fit together perfectly and the holes for putting things together were actually aligned where they needed to be. The table tops are thick enough and because i'm weird, i decided to give it a scratch test. If you're insane and decide to hack through it with a knife, you're gonna get scratches, if it's a slight plate drop or something, you shouldn't have any scratches on it. I'm very happy with my purchase. Greatly recommend. A+++ I would take a picture but my camera on my phone is acting up. You're just gonna have to trust me that it looks great. Fairly easy to put together. not the biggest table, but it's good for what I need it for. If you're building it alone, putting the last piece on is a little bit of a hassle, but it can be done. Just go slow and take your time.

For how cheap it is, this has easily earned five stars, here’s a recap: The table came in quickly. It’s a little stained and the legs were missing two pegs for the stand. I got it put together rather quickly, and immediately emailed customer support. They got back to me the same day, and got me replacement pegs as well as extras within two days. The stains were easy to take out as well. All in all, you can’t beat it on a budget. The pop-up section in the center is very sturdy for how simple it is as well, can hold laptop usage with ease without wobbling. ... show more

This is a great little coffee table, nice black finish, good height and the lift top hinges work really well. This piece was pretty easy to put together. Looks to be a durable piece that will last a while. After it was almost together/assembled, we noticed that one of the four legs came without the built in piece that the furniture glide/leveling foot screws into. We couldn’t level the table without it. So we notified the company about the issue via email. They replied back the next day to solve the problem. Within the week, I had the replacement part!! The directions have no verbiage, just graphics of the pieces and hardware and how to assemble them. The pieces were intact and all hardware was included. It was not hard to put together, though. It took about 2.5 hours for two of us to put it together. You'll need a Phillips screwdriver and it's supplied with an Allen wrench. Attached are photos of where to use the wrench. When you attach the hydraulic lifts, see photo of correct placement. So, no problems like some reviewers had. It looks pretty nice. ... show more

Great for the price. Little confusing at first setting up because it’s only pictures and no words, but once you get going it’s fine. Took about an hour to set up. It is a little cheap feeling, balanced, but very light. Good size for a coffee table

First off it’s made of particle board so it’s not sturdy at all. One side broke as soon as I put it together, the second side broke about two weeks later. Today not worth it at all.
