I ordered 2 and then went back and ordered 2 more. The frames are actually really nice wood with real glass that is packaged and shipped in such a way that it won't break. The best part that it includes hardware and wire for hanging, and it's extremely easy to assemble. This will be my go-to frame when I need 16X20. This was twice as good in terms of quality as a similarly sized frame purchased from Michael's for more $$. Also Michael's refused to provide a refund for a defective product, unlike Amazon.
