I am able to wear glasses without the padding hindering their fit and there is room for wearing earbuds although I’m not sure it is legal or not in my state. My youngest daughter loves to ride with me and we finally found a safe and come helmet for her to use. Great padding, very comfortable and most importantly very safe.
