Packaging: I really liked the packaging design. It was clean, pleasing to the eye and on point with trends. I was satisfied with all of the instructions provided. I found the directions clear and easy to follow. I was also amused by the way it was packed: shrink wrapped and compacted into a little roll! The Pillow – Before Use: At first glance, this pillow looks like a typical memory foam pillow, but upon further inspection I realized it was different. It seemed squishier and softer than others, however the pillow did not seem like it would be thinner or insufficient for someone like me who is plus size and sleeps on their side; I need a good pillow to support my head and neck properly. How It Felt to Use: The pillow was comfy, soft and just the right height for me. It also fit in my pillowcase almost perfectly! I look forward to using it overnight. I hope that I will not wake up with neck pain like I usually do. How It Felt After Overnight Use: The pillow took a few minutes to adjust to my liking, but after that it was very comfortable. I woke up a few times in the night for various reasons but then went right back to sleep quickly. Quality: Good. The pillow is of mid to low profile height with ample support but not too hard, and not too foamy where it sinks in and does not re-bounce. I am happy with the texture and feel of the pillow, nice for a side sleeper. Would be a bonus if it come with a pillow (under) cover to go under a cover I put on to protect it from sweat and stains. Would be difficult to wash and dry in the machine with its size. Packaging: Good. Simply packaged in a paper box with plastic bag inside, not too many plastics or paper, just enough to protect the pillow from water/ bugs/ smells. It was an easy process to unpack, and I felt that the packaging was of quality and clean. It gives me confidence that the product is not contaminated or damaged. How it Worked: Price: at $35 it is a higher priced pillow compared to buying one from Target or Walmart for less than $20. It would require some commitment to buy it, probably people who are looking for a higher quality pillow would shell out $35 for better quality. I’ve had many pillows over my many years looking for the perfect one. I think I may have finally found it. The foam is just right; not too hard or soft, albeit the memory gel is lightly infused throughout the pillow and not a single layer on one side as many memory gel pillows have. Also, there was no offending odor out of the box, so no need to air it out for a day or two. The cover is exquisite and has the look and feel of one that should be on a pillow costing two or three times as much. I chose the King size as I hate rolling off the edge of my pillow when I change sleeping positions during the night. My wife and I recently purchased a new King sized bedroom set. Naturally, as this is a bigger set than our old one, we needed pillows. We’re the type that usually has (4)+ on the bed, and double stack them. Well, we received these pillows and they’re absolutely amazing. Firm, yet soft enough your head will melt into it. Great neck support. Flexible enough to bend, or fold. And most importantly, the absolute most comfortable pillow we’ve ever had. My only complaint is I now have (2) extra empty pillow cases 😂 that I won’t need to fill If you’re on the fence, just buy them; they’re great! ... show more

    • Still not thin enough
I wanted to love this pillow because it is well made and good quality. It is very comfortable except I took away a star because it’s still not thin enough. Over the course of hours sleeping I wake up finding I’ve slipped down so my neck is bent. I cannot find the right pillow. I’ve tried 4.
