Update: Company reached out to me about the product and sent a replacement. Great customer service!!! to completion: about 3h Puzzle quality: pretty good, it is fun to build and instructions are fairly clear Functionality: It works however the darts get maybe 3ft of distance and it shoots multiple darts at once quite often. Checking over the build and battery charge today so I will update if there is any change. Update/Issue: Two of the bolts provided actually fit snug against the frame, the rest are too long and leave the frame loose. The plastic barrel was causing the darts to bounce around. Remove the plastic barrel and incorporate some superglue if you want it to actually shoot.

We misunderstood something on the instructions, customer service was responsive and my son is thrilled with the final product, fun to put together with him and he's having a blast playing with it. The bullets that came in our kit were too long for the magazine so we had to cut them, otherwise, very fun, fantastic product and customer service.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this puzzle for my son-in-law for Christmas last year. He really gets a kick out of model cars, adult Legos and 3D puzzles. He thought this was the coolest thing. It's a good adult gift for most of the guys that are hard to buy for too.

The pieces snap out easily and comes with many extra pieces in case one breaks. Fun to do! It takes approximately 4-6 hours based on your experience level, building models. Shoots foam darts. The gun has an on/off switch. The only thing that I've noticed is the motor is kinda loud, so stealth is not an option. But functions great. Shoots good. Has a scope or iron sights. Fun to build!

The media could not be loaded. Have to take pieces apart VERY carefully. They break easily. But after finally snapping them apart the process goes pretty fast. Directions are decent but printed small. Have to pay close attention to not skip any steps. The glue that was sent with the set was dried up & not usable. We had to use our own superglue when a piece was broken. Age of folks putting it together was 12 up to adults. Absolutely not recommended for younger individuals to attempt.

I was so excited to build this one and surprise my nephew that loves to play with nerf guns! Well.. I started it and it just kept going down hill. First 2 pieces popped out good then they got very difficult to pop out and came out splintered or a piece of the board came with it. I’ve built a lot of these 3d wooden puzzles and have never had to sand down so much! The directions weren’t all that clear and some pieces I had to just say screw it and not add it because it didn’t fit! It looks cool and would be a lot of fun if it actually worked good! The motor kind of just spits out the nerf bullets instead of shooting them. A few of the important pieces as well were very loose where they should be tight and snug and a piece missing and a piece already broke before I even touched it. I have contacted the manufacturer of this one and they are sending out a new kit to try to make it right but I am worried it will turn out the same splintered dry wood. I don’t recommend this one! Update: the new kit arrived and as all pieces were there and in good condition it still splintered coming out of the boards. The manufacturer has stayed in contact with the to make sure I have been satisfied with their service so I have added a star for that reason! They are kind and understanding and just want to make sure you are well taken care of and are satisfied with their service and quality of their products. Thank you to the store for helping me out. A replacement product was offered and when heard that I was having trouble with the replacement as well a partial refund was offered. Great experience with customer service and care.

It’s pretty complex to put together. I had to help him with one piece that wasn’t installed right. But other than that, it’s doable although it’s fairly complex to put together. However, once that’s done, it is really an awesome toy.
