I was in the market for a small table like this for extra seating. One thing that I didn’t like with many of these style tables is the bar at the bottom because the stools/chairs will stick out. So I didn’t put the bar so I can fit the stools under and had no problems with the sturdiness of it. I would’ve preferred the 47 inch one but this one works great and looks cute and simple. Just put this little gem together, easy to do, and cannot believe how perfect it is! I bought the 15.7 " deep x 39.4" wide x 35.5" high table (no shelves) to have as a one person eating area, or as a sitting or standing work table for the laptop (on the left), or to hold an iPad or for stability while walking on the walking treadmill positioned underneath (on the right). Now I have the stability of this solid table to hold onto if I need to, and am ready to walk. (Wish I'd gotten this table the day I got the walking pad, bet I'll use the walking pad every day now, no excuses.) I highly recommend this table, it's a good price, is stable, easy to assemble (comes with everything you need, but your having a drill to insert the screws would be faster). It was very well packaged, and arrived unscathed and on time. Love the stability bar near the bottom, perfect foot rest when sitting. ... show more
