Really nice adjustable desk. I've been thinking about purchasing it for a year, and I finally decided on the walnut color top with slate legs. I also purchased a matching desk in the larger, 60 inch size. This way, I have one set low to use while seated, and the smaller desk set high for standing. The desk arrived quickly, without any damage or missing parts. I thought it was easy to assemble, but I did have my son help me when it was time to turn it over (to avoid damaging anything). The walnut color is slightly toned down from the picture, and I actually like it better than the brighter color in the picture. The desktop is thick and sturdy, and the legs are very strong and stable. The electric height adjustment works without any issues. The included cable management straps and headphone clips are convenient. I also bought the Vari wheels separately to go along with the desk, so I can move it around my room. ... show more

This review is for the desk and Vari customer service. First, the desk arrived quickly, and it was beautiful. Heavy and sturdy, well constructed, and pretty easy to put together. Raising and lowering the desk was very smooth, didn't disturb contents on top of the desk. The only issue was one of personal preference. My husband did not like that the desk tapered at the end, because he keeps his arms parallel to the floor when he types rather than rest them on the side of the desk. So, we had to deconstruct and pack everything for a return, which was a pretty easy process with Vari. They gave us the option of a FedEx pickup at our home, rather than having to take it to a FedEx store, which is fantastic customer service because those boxes are HEAVY, as I said before. And the refund came after they received and inspected the package. Other than this one issue my husband was picky with, I would highly recommend the desk and the company. ... show more

I was reluctant at first to spend this amount of money on a computer desk but I’m very pleased and happy with what I purchased. The quality was beyond my expectations. Everything is heavy. I had brief enjoyment watching the delivery guy struggle with this. LOL! The best part about this table, EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! I thought it would be a million screws and would take me a while to put together, I was wrong. It basically already comes together. Just pop the legs on and screw in a few screws and that’s it! It functions great! The height adjustment function works great, really well made and can barely hear anything when it operates. As far as the size, it seems to measure up! went for the larger size since I was paying a lot of money regardless, had to make it worth it. It comes with 2 hooks! I use one hook for a headset holder and the other hook to hold cables up from behind. There really isn’t anything under the table to hold any wires out of the way but the hook works! I will be adding an additional monitor to my amazing new Vari computer table. Oh and this thing is silky smooth! They were not lying about the premium laminate, amazing quality. The curved edge is absolutely a necessity when gaming, my forearms are thanking me already! All around I love this computer desk so much and have zero regrets spending what I spent for this. 🙇🏻 ... show more

High quality. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Excellent packaging. The only thing that is not excellent about this desk is the attachment for the control buttons is loose. I think this is a feature and not a bug as it allows the controls to be recessed if desired. I would prefer something a little more sturdy. The force needed to operate the buttons doesn't cause it to move but if you push just a little too hard it slides back. Not enough of to knock off a star. ... show more
