I'm not sure if I just got a dud, but this power bank did not work at all for me. I've used power banks for years, but the others I have a rather heavy so I got this small lightweight one to have available when I had limited carrying capacity. I brought it to my daughter's wedding. It was fully charged (as indicated by the handy lights on the front). During the reception my battery was getting low, and so I plugged into the power bank to ensure I'd have access to the notes for my mother-of-the bride speech... and, nothing happened! Granted, I should have tested the item before relying on it for something so important. But yikes! I stopped taking photos and DID have enough juice to safely give my speech, no thanks to this power bar. Later, I tried experimenting with it (using other cords, other devices, charging it more, etc) but it never gave out any power. ... show more

You get what you pay for. It is helpful in a pinch and it does charge your device. Upside- small and light so it fits pockets, purses without taking up space. Downside- it doesn't keep a charge long, I'm use to charging a power bank and putting it in my purse to use when needed but with this one you may come back to a dead bank or in my case 1 dot. I don't like lighted dots to show the life of the bank either because I don't want to guess on what the bank has in it. Ending with if you just need a little extra juice for your phone or other device this is for you. If you need to charge a lot of things, this might not be for you. If you need something that works for not a lot of money, this is for you. ... show more
