I did air dry and found it held up really well. The collar lays nicely and does not feel uncomfortable under layers. I like it so much that I wear it alone with jeans and it is very flattering. I came across this shirt and thought it looked oversized and flowy. in every other area, it is indeed oversized and flowy. However when it comes to the arms, it fits super weird. I guess if you have really skinny arms it would be oversized in that area, however being a normal sized human, I found the fit to be overly tight and uncomfortable.
