I knew this product was going to be a success since before I had them, because this shoe is very fashionable, and if it was not comfortable or cute, it wouldn't be as popular as it is. First of all, these sneakers arrived in perfect condition, just like their box perfectly packed, without any scratch. Apart from this, the size I chose was the right one, taking me from the comments of the people here, from going up half size. They look so pretty and perfect, also, THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE, wow, at least for me! The second issue, and for me the most important, is that the customer service of this seller is excellent. They respond quickly and effectively, to resolve and/or solve any type of doubt or inconvenience. This is why I recommend, not only these shoes, but this seller, because you will have no problem with this product, and if you do, they would not hesitate to help you. 10/10 to product and seller! Good shoes, love them so much but theres one problem, if you want a pair, consider getting half a size larger than your size. They can really hurt if you order your normal size.
