4stars for many reasons but let me also explain why not 5 so let me begin one to find a clean comfortable light shoe is not easy for me i also have to take out the insoles because im flat footed n have to put in custom ones. also my left foot needs a brace as ny ankles was shattrered in 8 places an I need to wear for rest of my life. these shoes are true to there sizing also nice n wide. only reason not 5 stars id love pair vans with a nice air support similar to a skate shoe but still a great shoe. 1st day I wore these at work and got a compliment from a lady friend off the bat. I would by these again just to have a 2nd pair as a backup. One of the most BEST-LOOKING pairs of Vans I've ever owned!!!!! The color is an absolute match to several things in my wardrobe. Comfort is a little disappointing because of Pinky Toe fatigue after wearing them all day, they rub my pinky toe. One weakness though is when you wear them with a DARK PAIR of blue jeans (especially a new pair) ......be careful of jean dye transfer. They're a very durable shoe with great material thickness.
