Good size, lightweight, pretty color. Plenty of room and pockets for all my belongings. Only criticism, the handle doesn’t extend long enough for me. I’m 5 ft. 6 in. And feel I have to bend some to pull the suitcase along. Good value otherwise.

I liked it so much and some of its features that I ended up keeping this bag as well as the harder-sided version (different brand). I love the expansion possibility while still keeping it small when I need it to slide under the seat. It has more zippers on the front to allow easy, quick access on the plane to my more frequently used items (e.g., headphones, tissues, snacks). It has large pockets in the side that fit my water bottles and the quality of the bag and the color are both very lovely.

Bought this for my short 2-3 day work trips. Turned out perfectly! A lot of pockets, fits my toiletries, extra pair of shoes, and 2-3 outfits (depending on season). It rolls well and I found it to be extremely lightweight (which was nice when I needed to metro hop). Doesn’t have all 4 wheels, just the 2, but I didn’t miss them. Highly recommend!

I bought this carry on to take as a personal item on a flight, and I truly search among all the options I could find. This was perfect, but it is not. It is slighter bigger - about 1 inch wide and the weight is not three pounds but 5.1 lbs. Didn't want to take a chance with United Airlines so I had to return it. On the other hand, I can tell that the material looks good, and that if the size and weight is not an issue for you, this is a lovely small bag.
